I can’t remove social media for this reason
A lot of my triggers come from scrolling on social media (tiktok and instagram) and It’s hard for me to delete those apps because there are people who I need to stay connected with because my work is primarily on social media and whenever I open up Instagram for example, I go to the reels tab because of muscle memory. Anyone in the same situation? What would you suggest?
Instagram has a filter for nsfw content you can set to “hardly any” or something like that in the settings and you can also do a feed reset. Just make sure to unfollow any promiscuous accounts
