25 days gone like nothing all my progress got thrown away by me. It’s my first time that I’ve failed in this don’t rly know how to feel only guilt.

Positive self talk. Dont say I failed after 25 days but instead say you made it 25 days! This is a accomplishment and as someone who has never made it that far. You inspire me.
