Advice?

Having a tough time making it past 2-3 weeks. I just get this overwhelming urge out of nowhere and it blindsided me and I fall into lust and pornography. I’m a Christian man and feel so unworthy at times. Need some guidance. What tips, tricks or remedies have you guys found to resist the urge or control when your tempted to turn from it?
