Best day I had was 37 now I can’t even get to 20 idk what’s happening keep having these dreams where I watch porn just want to quit nothing else to really say this was on me I gotta do better and be better not just for myself but for the future me

Bro, I have been trying to get past a week one! Currently on day, four! It has not been easy, but I have learned a lot about myself and what triggers I had to block out! I just made a post of my reasons why for change and I encourage you to write yours down and put them up for you to see every day. Put them on a mirror in your bathroom, on your bedside table that you see when you’re getting ready in the morning. Put them in your notes on your phone, screenshot them, and put them as a wallpaper behind your app locations. I have found repeating my reasons for change has allowed me to focus on what’s important and why I started this journey in the first place. Hope this helps!
