Some advice to those struggled with urges

I’d like to preface this by saying, do not take any supplements, even those this is a natural one, without first consulting a medical profession. I am not a doctor, nor do I claim to be. Okay with that out of the way. I recently found out about daily L-Theanine supplements and I think they have the potential to help many here if you’re struggling with willpower alone. Now, I’ve started taking them primarily for stress and anxiety management, but there are a whole host of possible benefits. The main one for the purpose of this discussion being: “Helps dull compulsive urges and stabilize mood/focus” So, if you’re looking for a little natural support while you fight through this, speak to a professional about whether this is a good fit for you and what might be the appropriate dosage. A few of the other benefits: - promotes relaxation - can improved sleep (depending on what time of day you opt to take it - I take mine in the morning) - reduces stress and anxiety; Lowers your cortisol Hopefully this helps someone!

Thanks for the suggestion, Kevin. I have some in my cupboard and I never knew this!

I’ve been taking a natural test booster because mine was super low, they have it at Costco, and it seems to help my mood. Whether it works or not idk yet.

They aren’t too expensive either. Only cost me about $20 for 4 months supply.
