This app is difficult

Is anyone else having issues with this app? I’ve tried to use it on multiple occasions and it isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do. If I relapse and try to put it in then it still shows im porn free for multiple days and doesn’t reset. If I’m getting urges and press the panic button nothing happens. Just really frustrated and wanted to know if anyone else has those issues. Thanks
