Hey! What are your goals? What are you trying to stop doing? The app is just a resource, you can’t make progress if you don’t define what the issue you want to resolve is. If it’s quitting porn, that’s great! If it’s controlling sexual outlets altogether better, that’s also great! The whole thing is what do you define as your “relapse”?
