I’ve been exposed to porn at the age of 5 and am 18 now. I am scared as I partially have ED as a result. I hate watching it, but I keep on. I am scared

I’ve always known that it was bad for you, it was always like a drug. At one point I was able to quit at the age of 12-13/14. Then Covid came and a bunch of mental illness came with it too. It ended up making me go back to watching this stuff as a way to prove a point to myself
