Life has been hell. started watching around 12 years old. All started at a friend's house who introduced me to porn links. I have zero clue they even existed. I only knew about YouTube. Ruined my life, have been addicted ever since. I may not be doing it multiple times a day but it still is a very constant thing. It just makes me hate myself and the post nut clarity gets worse and worse. I need to change now. This app seems like one of the better ones. I'm trying out and hope to change. I need to change
