Scared of ruining my relationship

I have a loving girlfriend and we broke up for a day and i ended up giving into lust the day we broke up and felt the need to tell her about it once we started speaking again. She hates it and is thinking about not letting it slide but is still thinking. I have horrible kinks that I conditioned within myself and formed addictions to. I’m ashamed of all of them, I need to change, i can’t stop struggling with this.
