I dont know tbh

In a few hours i’ll reach 40 days without masturbating to porn. Tbh idk why im making this post but besides the battle with this idk if i feel better or worse being clean for almost a month and a half. Other things have being going on in my life that truly worn me down and idk whats worse how im feeling or the guilt and shame i felt years prior. I think im truly an egoistic person talking about my life in this post. Sorry everyone im fine. Good day.
