To anyone how made it past the 90 days, did you see any difference in the mental health, anxiety and over thinking?

Increased self esteem, focus, desires to go after your own goals and stick to it, you have more control of everything, because rather than giving into impulsivity constantly, now you’ve trained the muscle in your brain of self control, to become stronger, see it as a muscle, the stronger it is, the more in control you are, and usually, it involves a lot of self reflection and thinking, analysing why you gave in, maybe because you were thinking about girls, then suddenly it became sexual etc. Usually you should start noticeably feeling better at around 2-3 weeks, it’s different for everyone tho.

For me, I start feeling better after like 2 days. Going to the gym and having hobbies helps as well

I’m on day 152 and you will definitely feel a difference. It will most likely be even sooner than 90 days.
