It’s like every time I try to stop my mind keeps thinking of porn then I relapse over and over again i dont know what to do any more

I get it bro I was there too. Eliminate triggers such as social media, being alone and busy yourself. Most importantly Read the easy peasy way to quit porn by Allen Carr online or listen to the audiobook on YouTube. It helped me the most in recovery after I tried virtually everything.
