What's the panic button for?

Its going to show yourself like it will use your camera if you give the app permission and you can look at yourself like a mirror. It’s going to aggressively tell you porn is a problem and relapsing isn’t worth it. You then are given the option for breathing exercises or taking to their like “porn therapist” idk what they are calling it

It gives u advice if u REALLY NEED it.
