The thoughts and desires can be overcome, it’s hard but doable, sorry i don’t have better advice. As for cycles, you have to break them today so they don’t repeat tomorrow

Same, it seems so hopeless. The longest streak I’ve managed since I joined this app is just 9 days… But we shouldn’t loose hope. Just think of the benefits of dopamine reset and semen retention. After just a week you’ll start feeling incredible!
