Relapsed last night 🤦🏼♂️
I’m able to see what went wrong Fell into a pattern of negative self-thinking Stayed up too late alone Fell down the rabbit hole of social media …. The rest is history. I can’t fall into that trap again. I need to be better about going to bed on time, not only to fight this addiction but also just to be my best self the next day. Lesson learned, now I just need to apply it🔥
