Relapsed last night 🤦🏼‍♂️

I’m able to see what went wrong Fell into a pattern of negative self-thinking Stayed up too late alone Fell down the rabbit hole of social media …. The rest is history. I can’t fall into that trap again. I need to be better about going to bed on time, not only to fight this addiction but also just to be my best self the next day. Lesson learned, now I just need to apply it🔥

Thanks for that advice. I’ve been falling asleep to stupid stuff like family guy or Joe Rogan stories and I’ve needed to get better at…. Just going to sleep…. So I’m gonna start trying that. Thanks for the advice homie🫡

The two biggest things I did for myself to get to 20+ day streaks, is to delete social media and sleep with your phone in another room. They are both triggers and you will be happier without them. Plug in your phone 1 hour before bed and read or something. You don’t need short form content or to keep in touch on socials. It’s all designed to keep your attention and fry your dopamine. Give it a try and let me know how it goes
