I just lost a 7 day streak, and this is the longest i’ve gone since quitting my porn addiction. i. the moment it felt euphoric and pleasant, but now that it’s over I feel so disappointed in myself. during the first few days of this, it felt really easy, but the past 2 have been super hard and super tempting. I’m going to start again to see how far i can push it. i feel better knowing that i can make it that far.
