I was in class and my teacher had lectured the us on a topic that I feel could help some of yall. He said “It takes 7 days to start a habit, 21 days to keep a habit, and 90 days to change your life.” It won’t always be easy on your journey quit, but you can’t always start big. The journey to quit an unhealthy habit isn’t always about quitting. What I mean by this is that if you truly want to quit you will live your life, don’t think all the time on what you shouldn’t do, but instead on what you could do today or in your future. You paid a subscription for this app because you believe in yourself enough that you invested in your future. I’ve seen a lot of negativity on this app and people saying how hard quit is. In my opinion if you actually wanted to quit you would invest and stop complaining about things. I’m not trying to be a dick but some of yall need to wake up and ask yourself when are you finally going to stop letting yourself fall victim to your temptations. I know it’s hard but do things that make you happy, control your emotions and the thoughts that come in your head. If you get a negative thought or dirty thought acknowledge it, but make sure to change it to something positive. Your life and you depends on what YOU make of it!! Love yall and I’m praying for yall! God bless!
Damn, well i think i still made a very good point tho 🤷♂️
