Try not to spend too much time on this app either I know it may seem like a helping hand but believe it or not with people mentioning terms and phrases like ohh! my balls are about to explode, I gotta nut in, I beat my meat last night, I relapsed, etc. this’ll actually entice you to indulge in it rather than discourage you from doing it.

I’ve been there brother and fell into a cycle of relapsing, still recovering from that keep your head up continue the streak like nothing ever happened. Fail upwards not down!

This is just another bump in the road. Understand what started the trigger and learn how to avoid it next time brother. You’re not alone. Pray harder and just know that you haven’t failed yourself. As long as you get back up and keep trying your best then you can accomplish your goal
