Avoiding unintentional exposure

I have been checking into this app daily and am finding that its working for the most part, its other social media thats been giving me issues. TikTok and Instagram make it hard to unwind without exposure to explicit clips from movies, thirst traps, or advertisements for OF pages. I know Ive done it to myself and most of the feeds have been tailored to my urges, but breaking that and finding decent content has been hard. Does anyone feel this sort of exposure counts as relapses if Im not actively seeking them?

I'd say they don't count as relapse. However if you dwell on them Id say it does. Personally I'm trying to find other outlets for relaxing and have come completely off Social media. To me it's worth it for a few months. Now that is ready for me to say as I had a very limited social media presence outside of searching out porn. I saw one person recommended going in and liking a ton of other post for other things you like...cars for instance and once you do it a bunch it will shift your feed.

Finding decent content is difficult for everyone. Dont be too harsh on yourself, instead, delete your social media accounts.
