Advice on what to do when tempted

If you’re feeling tempted to neglect your friends family and priorities to indulge in perverse and lustful behavior and you’re Christian think about how uncertain and temporal life is compared to an eternity suffering for your sins. I’m not saying this to ridicule anyone but that’s more than likely the path you’re walking on and the direction you’re going in if you aren’t reborn. Don’t try and fight but flee from it and rid of all access to it. This stuff can ruin your soul and waste your life.

I deleted the apps off my phone and use VPN blockers to avoid going on them. I can check them on my laptop but have covanent eyes as a way to prevent slips

Something that I try to do is pray but also separation for the porn/source can help. Go on a walk and listen to music, it’s ok to have your phone bc you can’t jerk off in public(unless ur freaky like that) or just ditch the phone and do sm else. But what I have found works best for me is just remove the triggers. I deleted all social media and only use messages to communicate bc snap has all of that crap. So just trying to be preventative helps a lot
