Gotta thank my lucky stars for this. Finally got to one week without fapping for the first time since I started. It’s taken an unreal amount of willpower, patience and self discipline to get this far but I’ve finally done it. Looking forward, it’s gonna get easier and I’ll be able to live without it, I’m already feeling better about my energy levels and motivation. It may not seem like much but this is such a huge milestone for me. Thanks to everyone in this community for being so supportive of each other, none of us are alone in this problem, and we’ll all get through it together.
