Wow, what a change! I’m not thinking of sexual gratification all the time anymore. I can go out in town and see people without trying to find something about their appearance to feed my sexual cravings. I can be on my phone or laptop and not worry if anyone sees what I’m doing. I’m not controlled by my addiction—now I control it. It’s not always easy, but this app and its community help me… the Panic Button, Talk to Melius, and Chat particularly. Healing is happening. I’m building on the streak for a better life free from porn.
