honestly i feel like shit i just can’t stop no matter what i do, the other day i decided to not beat it at all anymore and i lasted a day and almost relapsed but didn’t and it felt so good to know i didnt give in then today just not i gave in it just makes you feel so bad it’s never worth it

It takes practice. Don’t beat yourself up just because you can’t kick it in a day or two. If you relapse, use it to learn and see what you can do differently. Also, I find fighting urges just makes them come back stronger. I practice letting them go when they come. Instead of pushing that beach ball under the water, let it float away. Call the urge what it is, note how it feels, then let it drift off on its own.

It’s really difficult man! I’m on my second day, it’s really tough but I have faith that we can make it one day at a time… even when we fail we don’t lose the days we were strong

honestly the breathing exercises really help me man. it allows you to control your breathing slowing down your thoughts and allows me to take a step back and realize it’s not worth it. wishing you the best
