Maybe you're just experiencing the symptoms of being a cookie cutter porn addict. Maybe you don't get enough sunlight, exercise or social interaction. Maybe your diet is horrible. Maybe you're nutrient deficient or your hormones are all over the place. (You should probably get bloodwork done) Maybe you're blue light toxic from screens and LED's yet haven't ever heard of the countless negative side effects that come alongside it. (such as early onset of puberty, raising blood sugar, insulin resistance, etc.) Maybe you'd feel insane if you just stopped jerking it to pixels & waited 3 to 6 months. Sun exposure is free. Prayer is free. F.Lux app on your computer is free. Exercise is free. Quitting or cutting down doomscrolling, porn, video games and netflix are all free. Grounding is free. Cold showers are free. Social media, processed foods, porn, lack of exercise and social interaction, no prayer or meditation, etc. are all holding you back from becoming the greatest version of yourself. You cannot truly or fully experience what god has created, nor walk the path of greatness, when your brain is friend and desensitized from jerking daily it like an Indian(sorry if you're Indian). Remember that the next time you have an urge. This addiction has led you to viewing women as sex objects. That is INSANE and needs to STOP! You need to lock in. Become the best you. Stop using Porn as a coping mechanism for your stress, poor lifestyle/environment, etc. Put in the hard f*cking work.
