Was literally in the same situation as you brother. Went 3 months clean and it was really damaging to come back from relapsing after that. The relapse doesn’t define you or the progress you’ve made. It may have been a battle lost, but the war is still being waged, with victory in sight. You know now that you can do 3 months, now let’s aim for 6!!! You got this bro
