It starts with committing yourself to sobriety from porn. Its no secret it causes issues when physically engaging in sex and you're not alone. Had a similar issue a few years ago. I was able to finish better without looking at porn everyday. You got this brother. Take the commitment. Pledge it away and give yourself the life you deserve. No reason not to.
