Welp I looked up the things you shouldn’t look up. I viewed them but then turned it off before anything worse happened. How do I consider if this is a relapse or not?

il say it was but not i see as if someone who is a smoker lit the cigarette in there mouth but didnt smoke it you get me it's still a relapse but not at the same time

What if you say somewhere online that a person youve know from a long time had a OF or something along the lines, so out of curiosity and purely curiosity you wanted to check if its real but you didnt act upon it?
