Almost 14 days clean and the urges are coming back and even stronger then before

Breathing exercises. They’re just urges, they can’t hurt you. Try to process them by breathing through them, what do they feel like physically? In your head? In your chest? Then call them what they are, out loud if you need to. I find that works better than trying to fight them or avoid them. Acknowledge the urge, then dismiss the urge.
