How do you preoccupy yourselves?

How do you all keep yourself busy when you feel like you’re about to get triggered? I'm trying to find things to do and possibly what not to do as well.

Walk or run. House chores. Move your body and interact with people. At least that's my strategy. My triggers appear when I'm alone, sitting at the computer idly passing time. If you need to zone out and disengage, go for a walk.
