Almost 24 hours in. I am feeling very keen to continue on with this journey and stay committed. I won’t lie, it has been hard to even start doing this, and I know it will continue to be hard. I just got out of a relationship and it has kind of made me realize there’s a lot that I have to better about myself, and this is definitely the thing I am least proud of. I think it’s the perfect place to start.
