Who knows humans more than their creator? God tells us to lower our gaze for a reason, when you train yourself to lower Your gaze, you are basically training yourself to avoid most triggers. I hope this is helpful to Muslims and our Christian brothers and sisters and anyone who believes in God and even if you don’t.
