The urges are real strong right now. I should delete Instagram for a while. It’s 1am and I’m scrolling to avoid getting the rest I need for tomorrow. I think it’s because my brain knows as long as I’m scrolling there’s a chance I can convince myself to masturbate. I’m gonna turn my phone off now, goodnight guys.

There’s a feature on a website called screen timely, it’ll prevent you from downloading any apps. Check it out and I’ll walk you through everything. I am not affiliated. I just believe it’s a better product in this app. It can prevent you from downloading apps that you do not wanna have any access to, and you can add it to the list of websites to block. It’s really good, you will not be able to get around it.

I’d encourage you to delete your instagram. Besides it being a huge trigger for most, it’s also simply an unhealthy way to spend your time. Not just instagram but many other social media apps are engineered so that you keep scrolling. That in and of itself self is a dopamine hit. Replaced your bad habits with better habits and you will have a much better time
