Hey Brother this journey is not easy . I think what could really help you is an accountability parter . Build a routine as well. Wake up pray work out . Read . Talk to family and friends find faith in god . We are born in sin brother . Sin is literally in our nature and god knows we are not strong enough to fight it . But he sent Jesus to die for our sins so by this we are saved . So you have a choice to honor god and make a better decision. Pray for discernment. God will not forsake you because you fall short . None of us are worthy but Jesus dying for us makes us worthy . God bless brother I believe in you
