Well the answer is your thoughts. Even certain people have said there’s no benefits on this journey. People who are struggling on this journey, believe in their hearts that they are struggling. That belief isn’t positive and now you have a low energy about yourself. Think positive thoughts brothers I promise you this journey will become a cake walk You will become your best self when you master your thoughts on this journey. All of your masculine drive and frame all comes back after about 17-20 days of being fully clean. ⚠️ - you will have negative thoughts combating your glow up.
