This app really works

I had urges today. I was home alone and nothing else to do. A few days ago I turned on the internet filter on this app and right when I started looking for content, I tried opening up a porn site only to find out it was blocked. When i tried turning it off I saw the panic button. Clicked it and it showed me a mirror of myself while it was showing me why I shouldn’t do it. I took a few deep breaths and I didn’t go for it. My focus was on something else entirely and my urges went away. It’s not easy but it’s not supposed to be easy. We’ll get better.
