First off minimize the time you spend on social media aimlessly scrolling for entertainment and comfort social media has become a big trigger for many individuals Secondly, mindfulness meditation for at least 10 minutes a day is extremely beneficial it helps you to be more present in your everyday activities and help you make better decisions throughout the day. Lastly, but most important is prayer simply put prayer works trust in God when you faced with temptation do not stay in your comfort zone. We can all overcome this war on our minds stay strong brothers and sisters.
