I feel like I got an addiction to it because of boredom now idk what to do, I’m already physically active everyday either boxing or my job in general is there something else I can do that isn’t physical so won’t fall again?
Also look out for being idle on your phone or laptop for too long, you might be end up seeing something or getting a thought about it and relapsing
