Lock the door and throw the key away

For those of you who want to really “lock the door the toss the key” on this stuff - download 1-2 (or more) website blockers. Block websites on both apps you know you’ll visit, or that are also available on google when you look. Now, you’ll have 1-2+ apps blocking the websites. You can also “hide” the app on your phone, but I find that downloading the apps and forgetting the names helps the most. Good luck!
