Yep. I’ve had longer streaks and shorter ones, the goal is to keep progressing. What can you learn from it and how can you apply that? Then adjust your plans and move on. It’s already in the past.

I know exactly how this feels I also went 40 days and felt exactly like this but it's a journey not a race u got this

God loves you, Lucifer is making you feel bad. Repent and run back to the father and he will pick you back up! 🙏🙏

Alex stay strong. That post-nut clarity has a purpose. It’s meant to make you feel bad because what you did was bad. But Jesus has grace for you. Ask for forgiveness and He will give it to you. Remember why you’re doing this. Praying for you.

I wouldn’t say a relapse is starting at 0. Because you already have made it to 40 days. The next timescale might be 60 days. Then 80 days. Then 150 days. Seeing the intervals getting longer means, you‘ve build up momentum and resilience. :) so keep going buddy!
