Relapsing is part of the process as long as you stay in the fight. Be aware of what triggers and cues and environments led to you doing that was it because you were in the bathroom? Or a social media?

Don’t count the days. That shit isn’t even remotely fair cuz u only lose ur benefits if u do it consistently
