I have a question. For some reason, when I’m on vacation, no fap becomes considerably easier. Does anyone else experience this, or know why it happens? I’m guessing it has to do with being more busy and active, but I’m not sure.
Also the change in environment has a huge aspect of it. That’s why people say to change a habit, it’d be easier if you change your environment.
Alot of us fap when stressed or depressed as a coping mechanism because of the associated dopamine release So when you are on a a vacation both stimulant are gone
