What do I do when I get cramps in my groin due to prolonged arousal?

When I’ve tried to go no fap in the past I would always get cramps when I got aroused due to bad habits such as finding an artist on twitter I really like. The cramps were really hard to ignore once they came up and they were really debilitating. I’ve only started using this app but I was wondering if there’s anything I can do about them if and when they come up?
