I was kinda the same way, but I’ve started going to the gym now. I go twice a day now and I go to bed super early and wake up early so I’m not even tempted to do anything different. But the occasional binging isn’t terrible. You have to remember it is winter and we have a tendency to want to hibernate this time of year, so don’t be hard on yourself!
But I find myself trying to distract and fill my free time so I don’t end up going back to porn
I mean I didn’t have a problem with bringing Netflix or over eating before

The stimulation those things provide isn’t nearly as destructive as porn, so they’re not ideal replacements but they are an improvement. Focusing on slowly reducing over time would be the next step imo
