I was going on a “generational run” earlier this month, and then this past week I’ve fallen into lust a lot. Any suggestions on how to get back in my groove? Help

What works for me is a major initial distraction. When I feel strong lust, I distract myself in what many would consider a waste of time but as long as it’s not prolonged and gets you out of a rut it can be great. For me that’s just playing video games all day and the gym, taking a melatonin and sleeping. I do this for maybe 1-3 days and then continue to my productive daily schedule. Obviously there’s better ways, but the main point is have a major distraction until you’re out of the rut
