Where do you guys stand on fantasising about sex with a gf? I’m clean of porn and no fap, but saw a dress in a shop window my gf would look hot in and found myself fantasising. Yea, it was about my gf…but if I’m deeply honest, ‘what’ I fantasied about was for sure fuelled by previous porn use. I’m struggling with expectations around sex.
sexual desire is normal in my opinion and if its about your gf its even better and even more normal. nothing is completely normal when it comes to sexuality and as long as its not negatively affecting your life or anything like that its all good.
My goal is peace. To quieten the voice in my head. To feel healthier. Struggling to know what healthy is though…I’m happy not to use porn, but struggling with repressing sexual desire…and with knowing where the line is….is my desire fuelled by porn…is vanilla normal and ok. My goal is to find my natural baseline, and to be happy with it

Sexual desire is fine. You should be waiting until you’re married, even if you haven’t been. You should stop. Even outside of the religious, sex isn’t just an empty action. It’s a connection with that specific person. Treating each GF like the next load dumpster without the have any real stake in the game is not good. You can’t have your cake and eat it.
