Struggling
I’ve been off of it for 16ish days. I haven’t had any temptations thankfully but I have had some struggles. Ever since I have quit, life has felt dull. I don’t have any motivation to do things I normally love to do, like go to the gym or eat. I have lost 8 pounds in a week because I just don’t want to eat. Any advice?
Everyone eventually hits a wall and basically falls into a depression eventually it’s around the two week mark around week 3-3 and a half you should start to have some semblance back and clarity. Basically your brain is devoid of the dopamine it’s used to and it needs to adjust to the new levels
