Guys for how long will the sleeping issues last... I'm exhausted yet I can't sleep.

Some of the things that help me include; Increasing Zinc & Magnesium intake, exercising early in the day, not taking take any naps, not bringing any screens (phone or laptops) into my bedroom, reading myself to sleep and meditation. Theres no silver bullet but try and form good habits and your body will eventually realise it needs to rest at the right time.

Take melatonin 1 he before bed. It’s just your flesh lying to you man. Keep depriving it.
