Go take a nap Go out with family or friends to limit your thoughts of doing it Go to the gym (great way to move your addiction to something else) Go do some sports outside (also a good way to move the addiction to something more healthy) Or just simply try to occupy yourself Competitive gaming works for me since it forces me to engage Hope this helps and remember, you’re not alone.
