Didn’t fap to porn but fapped for the first time in a while on a call with a woman. I feel obligated to restart my streak & I am realizing that the only women I should care about match the image of my future wife. I will focus on my work, socialize more outside of the internet, & everything else will fall in place.
Remember when you make a mistake, it is absolutely unacceptable to do it again twice. If you can’t figure it out, do something really fucking hard. I believe going on extremely difficult runs where you constantly think you can’t do it but you keep going any way raise your ceiling so fucking high, bringing the floor with it!
